AOSF is proud to partner with 150 schools in 39 counties throughout Alabama.  We value accountability in our organization as well as in the schools with which we participate. Schools must comply with accreditation and student testing standards and must complete background checks following state protocol.

Schools interested in partnering with Alabama Opportunity Scholarship Fund should complete a Non-Public School Notice of Intent to Participate form and submit to the Alabama Department of Revenue. The form can be found here or on the Alabama Department of Revenue website. The Alabama Department of Revenue has exclusive authority to approve schools to receive Alabama Accountability Act funding.

No school will be required to enroll any scholarship student. Schools may develop the terms and conditions which they allow Alabama Opportunity Scholarship students to enroll. Those terms and conditions may not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, color, disability or ethnicity.
