If you are a renewal family currently on scholarship, you will need the following documents when completing your renewal application:

• All Alabama State Income Tax Returns for adults 18+ in the household*.

*This is only needed every other year.

• If you have not filed a 2023 Alabama State Income Tax Return, you may alternatively provide your Federal 1040 or 1099.
• If you are not required to file an Alabama State Income Tax return, you will electronically sign our Statement of No Wages during the application

• Your student's Birth Certificate, if they are entering the 12th grade
