Charitable Donations

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your charitable donation to AOSF is tax deductible and will enable us to make sure our legislators in Montgomery understand that Alabamians care about parents having a say in their child's education.

How to Make a Charitable Donation

What's the difference between donating my tax liability and a charitable donation?

Donating your state tax liability allows you to essentially allocate your taxes toward scholarships for low-income families while also receiving a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for your donation.

While your charitable donation wouldn't go toward scholarships, you can trust that it will  help us continue to expand the scholarship program, educate legislatures and give more families a voice in education.

If you've already donated your tax liability, we hope you'll consider contributing a charitable donation as well.
